This 100% Chenin fresh white is dedicated to immediate pleasure, on seafood, oysters, fresh cheeses or simply as an aperitif, on the beach or on the terrace.

Manual harvesting early enough to obtain freshness and lightness, then direct pneumatic pressing to best respect the berries, and deburring in the tank. The fermentation took place for four weeks, and then we pulled out to give way to the Fresnettes in the barrels. The bottling took place in the spring to trap the aromas of fresh citrus fruit in the bottle, and 6 months later it was available for sale.
