All grapes are harvested by hand in the early morning hours in order to start vinification as coldly as possible. Pressing occurs quickly in stainless steel and once the must has naturally precipitated, fermentation is started exclusively with native yeasts. The wines are aged in stainless steel tanks until they are bottled.

Škrlet is a young, light, and playful type of wine. Packed with flowery aromas, herbal notes, and fruity tastes, A refreshing white wine is great for warm weather but also wildly food friendly, pairing with a wide variety of foods including raw bar (sushi, crudo, etc) as well as dishes with a little spice, especially Asian influence.

Škrlet is typically a clear and of light yellow color, with higher acidity and low alcohol, making it light, playful, refreshing, and easy to drink. It is rich with flowery aromas, herbal notes and often delivers a palate of pineapple, peaches and apples.
