2015, 500mL Recioto della Valpolicella, which has always been one of the best in our cellar, is inspired by the ancient Acinatico wine. It is a sweet wine of extraordinary structure and concentration, intense red, produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes. With Amarone it shares the technique of drying the grapes but is distinguished by the natural interruption of fermentation before all the sugars are transformed into alcohol.
