This is definitely a house favorite, hands down! 3B refers to the two indigenous grapes Filipa Pato uses in her cuvée—Baga and Bical—while the 3rd B is a nod to the region, Bairrada. She eschews the use of chemicals in this traditional method sparkling rosé. Beautiful strawberry and red fruits, savory minerality, and elegant bubbles show why this wine is the complete package.
