The Cascina Sancio Lumassina Pet Nat is the rare Lumassina grape of Liguria, refermented in bottle, it has a plethora of aromas, which change over the course of the bottle. Enjoy golden apple, citrus fruit, brioche, mineral complexity, and a hint of salt. The flavors are complex and persistent. This ancestral sparkling is very versatile; pair it with light appetizers, fried fish, or drink on its own. Lumassina is named for Lumache, or snails, which were the traditional pairing for the wine.
