Napa Valley, United States Blended of 96% CabernetSauvignon, 3% CabernetFranc, 1% Merlot and aged 16 months in 15% new French Oak barrels. This deep purple-black colored 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon rocks up with quite a profoundly earthy nose of tilled black soil, underbrush and truffles over a core of baked plums and warm cassis plus a waft of dried herbs. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is packed with vibrant black fruits and a solid structure of ripe, grainy tannins, finishing with bags of vivacity. 1600cs made.
