Bodegas Domecq, La Ina Fino Sherry NV, 750 mL

La Ina is one of the most recognizable brands of Fino and used to be owned by the venerable Bodegas Domecq. Unfortunately, in one of the last decade's downturns, Domecq went out of business and Lustau purchased the solera as-is from Domecq. They have continued to make this fino exactly the same as it is a classic of Jerez. A touch of blanched almond, green apple, olive brine and that yeasty mineral finish that makes for a classic pairing with something from the ocean.
