2020, 750mL “Palmento” refers to the traditional concrete and stone basin used when macerating grapes. This particular wine is a throwback to historical winemaking methods from the area: one-third of the grapes macerate for just 24 hours and the rest only 48 hours in total in the aforementioned vats.
