The cuvée Hermance from Christian Bourmault is a blended wine that is based primarily on pinot noir from the village of Mareuil le Port, with chardonnay from Cuis and pinot meunier from Mareuil le Port and Leuvrigny. The cépages of the current release is two-thirds pinot noir, twenty-three percent chardonnay and ten percent pinot meunier. The wine is from the base year of 2014 and thirty percent of the vins clairs are barrel-fermented, with the rest done in stainless steel.
