Enrique Fonseca is a master of aged tequilas; he has spirits as old as 20 years just chillin’ in casks at his distillery. This estate-grown tequila is fermented with native yeasts then aged for three to six months in white American oak before being blended into batches. Soft vanillin, hay, and floral notes go down easy on this round, smooth tequila.
