Made from a selection of Nebbiolo marc from Barolo produced at the Enrico VI vineyard in Castiglione Falletto. The grappa is produced using a bain marie intermittent procedure and it is left to settle in small barrels for about four years. resulting in an intense and bright amber color. The bouquet is ample and rich, marked with vanilla and toasted hazelnut. Warm and full bodied, it has a distinctive character and an elegant, soft palate.
