Soil: Red soil of medium consistency; made up of subalpine sands composed of limestone and silica.
Viticulture: Hand-harvested. Vines average 25 years of age.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks on the skins with indigenous yeast.
Aging :Aged in Slavonian oak botti for one year followed by one year in concrete.
