Obtained from the vineyards located in Castagnole Lanze, at their farmhouse “Cascina Buc”, and in Coazzolo; the grapes are processed in Barbaresco. Chardonnay is a light and fresh wine, perfect to be served with simple dishes. It recalls the local flowers.
VINE: 100% Chardonnay.
PRODUCTION AREA: the vineyards are located in the commune of Castagnole Lanze at their farmhouse “Cascina Buc”, and in Coazzolo.
COLOR: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
PERFUME: typical, light, delicate, fresh, with notes of wild flowers.
TASTE: dry, velvety, harmonic.
FOOD PAIRINGS: it goes very well with starters, pasta with fish and fish dishes. Serve fresh at 8/10° C.
