With a history stretching back at least 11 generations, the Boesch family farms their 36 acres--20.5 of which are Grand Cru—biodynamically. This Pinot Blanc is fermented with indigenous yeast and receives minimal SO2. Beautiful floral and peach notes wrap around a core of acidity.
