2018, 750mL Grand Cru Burgundy is the inspiration for this Bical. Grapes comes from a single vineyard with chalky clay soils. Fermented with indigenous yeast, the wine is then aged for eight months in oak. The wine exhibits a slightly smokiness along with ginger and white flower. Over time it develops a delectable baked apple and a beeswax character. 100% Bical Biodynamic, Organic, Low intervention Bairrada, Portugal
