Perhaps the most unusual of Reisetbauer’s eaux-de-vie, Carrot is a crowd favorite. So familiar, yet so unique, the flavor is seemingly sweet without any lingering sugar, and has all of the earthy goodness you would expect from a root vegetable. Amazing! Harvested in September and October and fermented for 7–8 days, it takes 35 kg of carrots to make one liter of this distinctive eau-de-vie.
