720mL Katsuyama was established in 1688 to brew upscale saké to be enjoyed exclusively by the feudal lords of the Sendai domain, founded by Japan's most famous samurai and military commander Date Masamune. This is an expertly crafted Junmai Ginjo with a 50% milling rate. Light fragrance but very flavorful. A perfect pairing with white fish sashimi or sushi. Junmai Ginjo Miyagi Prefecture, Japan
