Varietal Notes 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir Vinification Blend of 30% macerated Meunier, 60% white wine (immediately pressed Meunier) and 10% still red Meunier. Grapes are picked up by hand when fully ripen. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in in vats, foudres and barrels. Malolactic fermentation is partly made. Notes A rose Champagne that can begin with oysters and end with dessert. This is the same base wine as the Rose de Meunier but with just over twice the dosage. Elegance is the name of the game here, and value is apparent from the very first sip!
