2020, 750mL 100% Côt (a.k.a. Malbec). The fruit from these 70-year-old Vins Contés vines is vinified just like all of the other reds: whole clusters, carbonic maceration, natural-yeast fermentation, no sulfur, no filtration. But like the Gama Sutra bottling, it is aged for six months in used barrels and bottled later in the spring following the harvest.
