In the cellar we elaborate our artisanal wines avoiding invasive practices. The grape is processed and settled down for 8 hours with their skins. The wine is racked and then aged into 500l oak casks with frequent lees stirring for 6 months. Stabilized only by winter’s cold, unfined and unfiltered.
