From granite soils perched at 1100 meters above sea level, the wine is silky on the palate, with a long intense dark fruit finish. Hand-picked, whole-bunch naturally fermented without crushing to carry out a carbonic semi-maceration. The wine is aged in equal parts in stainless steel and used oak barrels.
