Pares Balta Materia Prima Xarel-lo Pet Nat

Parés Baltà is a family winery with a long tradition of winemaking going back to 1790 in Penedès. Now in its 3rd generation, the Cusiné family works biodynamically (Demeter certified), dedicated to the cultivation of the land for generations to come. Materia Prima is energetic and textured with nice minerality and acidity, yellow stone fruits, citrus and apple, pineapple bouncy and cool.
