Santa Lucia Franciacorta 1.5 L

Franciacorta is a classy Champagne substitute! This Lombardia classic has pure fruit, real finesse and loads of depth! it is primarily made with Chardonnay blended with a small percentage of Pinot Bianco and then aged at least 18 months before release -- straw yellow in color with fine bubbles. The nose is floral, delicately fruity and bright. We find the classic bread/yeasty boldness similar to an aged Champagne and characteristic of refinement on the lees. Perfect balance with good persistence and elegance.
