Tenuta San Marcello Buca

Tenuta San Marcello's "Buca" Verdicchio is golden yellow, intense and bright. The bouquet features exotic fruits, herbal with tangerine notes, hay and white flowers. The palate is full-bodied with a mineral note that makes it a very gourmet wine. It points out the freshness, the mineral notes and ripe fruits hints.

Massimo Palmieri and his family left Milan for a quieter life in the rolling foothills of Marche. Obsessed with the qvevri-raised wines of Georgia, Massimo only uses stainless steel and Georgian qvevri to ferment and age the wines that come from his biodynamically- farmed vineyard. Everything is done by hand from vineyard to cellar and only a tiny amount of sulphur is added at bottling.
