Grapes: Grenache, Merlot, Syrah, Caladoc, Alicante

Vineyard: Clay and limestone, light alluvial soil. Average age of the vines is 20 years, spread across 4 hectares at the foot of the southern slope of the Uchaux Massif. Certified organic and biodynamic.

Making of (2024): The grapes are harvested by machine in the cool of the early morning to preserve the wines freshness. Destemmed, crushed, and fermented for 4 to 6 days in concrete vats, then racked and pressed. Aged in concrete vats for a few months. Usually a blend of two or more vintages. Lightly filtered and bottled every 6 months.

Personality: An easy-going, energetic red wine that’s ideal for apéro and ready to drink! Deep ruby in color, with spices, wild herbs, and crushed black fruit on the nose, which lead into crisp red berries on the palate balanced with silky tannins.
